is reputed to have stayed with the Brigadier for 10 days during her 1972 Visit.  My thoughts and first impression of the home harken back to the more British influence accommodations of their military officers in the 60's in Hong Kong - stately in size, but simple in decor and finishing.  All-in-all the layout is practical and Having said that, the study that overlooks the pond through a large window is most pleasant with the wood panelling and stone fireplace.  All bedrooms have their own ensuite.  Total space is approximately 5,360 sq. ft..
